1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SocialGO (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
2. Description of the service
SocialGO is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that lets you order and resell engagement-related services across supported platforms. Services are fulfilled through third-party providers and may include metrics such as followers, likes, views, and similar interactions. We act as an intermediary between you and the underlying provider and do not control the networks where delivery takes place.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent payments, or attempt to abuse the platform.
4. Payments and balance
Orders are paid from your account balance. Funds added to your balance are intended for use on the Service and are non-refundable, except where our published refund policy or applicable law expressly provides otherwise. Prices may change at any time, and the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that order. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit illegal, harmful, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing content, or content that violates the rules of any social network.
- Order services for private, restricted, or non-existent accounts, or for links that are inaccessible to the provider.
- Target accounts or content without the necessary rights or permission to do so.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform or its infrastructure.
We may reject or cancel any order that, in our reasonable judgment, violates these rules.
6. Delivery and variations
Estimated delivery times, start times, and quantities are indicative, not guaranteed. Actual results depend on the underlying provider and on factors outside our control, including changes made by the social networks. Minor variations in delivered quantities, partial delivery, and natural fluctuation (such as drop-off) can occur. Where a provider is unable to complete an order, we may issue a partial adjustment in line with our policies.
7. No affiliation with social networks
SocialGO is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Spotify, Telegram, Twitch, or any other network. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Your use of any network remains subject to that network's own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or account access, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
