Pricing FAQ
- Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
- No. SocialGO is fully pay-as-you-go. You top up a wallet and are only charged when an order is placed, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Does ordering through the API or an agent cost more?
- No. The rate per 1,000 is the same whether you order from the panel, from your code, or through an AI agent over MCP. There is no integration tax. The wallet and catalog are shared across every channel.
- If an agent orders for me, can it spend on its own?
- It only spends what you approve. Before any order, the agent confirms the rate, min and max for the service, and it can only draw from the prepaid balance you funded. There is no auto-spending beyond your wallet.
- How do volume and reseller discounts work, and do my funds expire?
- Your effective rate per 1,000 drops as your volume grows, and resellers buying in bulk reach the lowest tiers. Any balance you add stays in your wallet until you spend it, funds never expire.
