How do refunds work?

Refunds from partial or canceled orders return to your wallet balance, ready to use on the next order.

Refunds happen at the wallet level. When an order is canceled or only partially delivered, the cost of the undelivered portion is returned to your wallet balance automatically.

These refunds go back to your wallet, not to your original payment method, so they're available instantly for your next order without waiting on a bank or processor.

You can see balance changes in your account, so a refund from a partial order will show up as your balance increasing once the order settles.
